We believe in rewarding excellence. Our new Bonus Commission Tier allows our top-tier earning agents to achieve a 90% payout. Here’s how individual agents can achieve it:
Close 20 Transactions: On the 20th closed transaction within a calendar year, ($150,000 min. net income), commissions will be paid out at 90% for the remainder of that calendar year.
-OR-
Reach $200,000 in Net Income: Alternatively, achieve $200,000 in net income regardless of the number of transactions within a calendar year and you will qualify for the 90% payout for the remainder of that year.
